Partners, prospective partners, the organising team and the TeamNL squad came together for lunch on the VIP Deck at Omnisport Apeldoorn in the build-up to the 2026 UCI Para-cycling Track World Championships.
Overlooking the track where the world titles will be contested from 29 October, the group looked ahead to a world championship that will bring together elite sporting performance, inclusion and lasting social impact.
Race Your Dreams! connects two world championships
Race Your Dreams! will once again serve as the unifying concept for the world championship. The theme also took centre stage during last year’s UCI Junior Track World Championships at Omnisport Apeldoorn, organised by LPC in collaboration with the UCI and the KNWU.
By building on the same concept, one recognisable story connects two world championships. The social activation programme will also continue, extending the impact of the junior world championships into the Para-cycling Track World Championships.
The ambitions, performances and personal stories of the athletes remain the starting point throughout.
